Product Description
1. The whole machine adopts the latest servo control system with each printing unit driven by an independent servo motor, ensuring the accurate registration during high-speed production.
2. The printing roller adopts a light gearless sleeve type, which is easy and convenient to change. This type of design significantly improves the printing quality and ease the maintenance burden.
3. Fast and easy adjustment of printing or ink transferring pressure: Printing roller run by bearer, alleviating the need to adjust the pressure when changing the roller, small fine adjustment will be able to satisfy special jobs.
4. Printing unit are equipped with water cooler drum, preventing interference to unsupported film material.
5. Suitable for printing various substrates, such as paper, all kinds of adhesive material, unsupported film (PET, OPP, CPP, PP), cardboard etc.
6. Equipped with high-precision piezo print head, multiple printing resolution are available (1200*600 /900*600 / 600*600).
7. Adopts single pass solution, non-contact print.
8. CMYK+ special effect + white (optional).
